You spend 60 minutes or so lying quietly in the dark, in 10 inches of warm water which contains lbs of Epsom salt; the water is so dense that you float effortlessly. Floating provides the opportunity for complete mental and physical relaxation. Is there anything I should do to prepare?

Eat a light meal about an hour to 90 minutes prior to your float to avoid the distraction of being hungry. Do I need to bring anything?
